Iris reticulata ‘Harmony’
A lovely rich blue dwarf iris
Everyone’s favourite, a lovely rich blue hybrid with striped white throat and a band of yellow on the petal falls.
Light: full sun
Soil: well drained sand, clay, loam, chalk, moderately fertile
A long flowered iris that can be planted at the front of the border, en masse or in a pot where its fragrance can be savoured. If planting in a pot, sprinkle fine gravel or course grit on the surface to prevent the flowers form being splashed with soil.
Care: plant 5cm deep in autumn, keep moist when growing and drier when dormant.
